Q. Why do you only deliver to CSU and CU?

A:  My daughter attends CSU, so I go there anyway, and I live about 20 mins from CU, and a lot of my friends kids go there, and they want my stuff!  

 

Q:  How do you deliver to the dorms?

A:  For CSU - we drop off items at the front desk of each dorm.  The staff then contacts the student to let them know they have a delivery.  I also send a text to the student that they have a package at the font desk, as sometimes the front desk is slow to contact.  For CU - we deliver to the on-campus UPS stores.  Each UPS store services a group of dorms. The UPS store contacts the student to let them know they have a package. I also send a text to the student that they have a package at the UPS store, as sometimes the UPS store is slow to contact.

Q:  How do you deliver to Greek Houses?

A:  We deliver to the front door of greek houses.  We knock (hardly ever answer) or wait for someone walking in.  They will put it inside for us.

Q: How do you deliver to apartments?

A:  We ask for a window of when the student or roommates will be home.  Some apartments have a front desk and we can leave them there.  Otherwise we knock on the door to hand deliver.  If no answer, we contact the student.  For some reason college kids do not answer the door anymore!

Q:  How do you deliver to houses?
