How do I return something to Inspired Creations?

At Inspired Creations, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase and ask the following:

When returning items:

  1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
  2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging. 
  3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise or for merchandise damaged by the buyer.
  4. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice to Inspired Creations, P.O. Box 8835, Silver Spring, MD 20907-9998.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
  5. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
